Registration fees are due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date to avoid late fees. If received after this time, each athlete will incur an additional $20 late fee.

 

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

 

1. REGISTRATION: Registration is now done completely ONLINE. The system is extremely user friendly!

 

2. USASF ROSTER: ALL All Star, All Star Prep cheer or dance teams MUST be registered through the USASF, you MUST choose the UNITED CHEER event you plan to attend so we can access your rosters. School, Rec and other Dance teams MUST submit a TEAM ROSTER/CROSSOVER FORM.

 

3. CROSSOVERS: United Cheer will make every effort possible to accommodate crossovers when notified prior to the schedule being posted. Crossover notifications requiring special scheduling received after the schedule has been posted will not be honored.

 

4. MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER: A Medical Release Waiver is no longer required for every athlete. A universal gym release will be signed at Coaches Registration the morning of the event.

 

*United Cheer and Spotlight Championships will no longer offer Individual events.

 

 

Cancellation Fee: There will be a $100 per team cancellation fee for teams that cancel 7 - 14 days prior to the competition date. There will be no refunds for teams that cancel less than 7 days prior to the competition date.

 

Competition Change Fee: There will be a $100 per team competition change fee for teams that make ability levels, age divisions or time changes after the schedule has been posted.

 

 

National Championship - March 4-5, 2017

 

ALL STAR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

All Star Prep will perform on Saturday only. Their Award Ceremony will be Saturday night after performances.

 

All Star, School/Rec and Dance teams will perform both Saturday & Sunday. Their Award Ceremony will follow their final performances.

 

Show teams will perform Sunday only and receive awards at the awards ceremony.

 

Cancellation Fee: There will be a $1,000 per team cancellation fee for teams that cancel after February 4, 2017 and prior to February 19, 2017.

 

Late Cancellation Fee: There will be no refunds for teams that cancel after February 19, 2017.

 

No Shows: There will be no refunds made for teams that do not show or do not compete at the competition.

 

Competition Change Fee: There will be a $200 per team competition change fee for teams that make ability level, age division or time changes after February 19, 2017.

50% of your program MUST attend a UNITED CHEER Regional and National Championship to be eligible for all NATIONAL CASH AWARDS!!!

(Exception: Gyms that are located over 250 miles from an Open or State Championship)
